In this situation, you need to use raw recovery method. Please follow below steps:

 

Step1. Run WiseRecovery, (Connect your digital device or card reader to your PC if required) Click Partition Recovery button on top of the main interface.

 

 

Step2. Choose the drive you want to start scanning. Then click Scan button to continue.

 

 

Step3. The scanning process will start. After scanning, list of file folders will be displayed in the left pane. You can click on each folder to see the hidden files until you find the files you want to recover.

Step4. Click on the files you want to recover. The details will be shown in the main window. Tick the files to start, and then click Recovery button. There will be a pop up window for you to get the recovered files.
